I don't like the way emails are formatted when we respond back to our customers. My email signature is messed up, and the formatting is all wrong. Can we customize this?

We have a brand new email signature feature that I think would be really helpful for you! More on that here. With that being said, this specific screen shot looks like you are seeing some formatting that is out of our hands. The purple font is a default Gmail behavior- Gmail turns font purple if that text has already been received in a previous email in the thread. This isn't something you can manage on the Intercom side, but if you want to see the font properly, just delete the previous copies of the email (or the thread).
