Hey Super Users,

Anyone else have to sign into Interconnected pretty much every day to access it? Each time I try, I have to authorise via the below page:

Sign inNaturally, as a support person, I'm assuming that I'm doing something wrong...

Yes almost every day and it kinda takes the fun out of it...

Hi @adam w11, @jacques , Thanks so much for your feedback! 🙌 We have already raised that with our internal teams and see what can be done here👍 Hopefully that will be sorted soon and the login process will be much smoother and more seamless 🥳

That's great news, @diana t12! If only because it means that I (probably) wasn't doing something wrong! 😉

Another thing I find odd in this process that the log-in doesn't take you back to the page you were on (such as this thread) but to the start page. This is the number one reason why I don't post here a lot.

Which is literally what happened when I tried to "like" your comment!

  1. Click like
  2. Dumped to sign in
  3. Authorise Interconnected
  4. Dropped onto home screen
  5. Search for thing I was looking at! 😂

Yes I have to log in every time and honestly I don't use Interconnected as often as I would like to just for that reason alone. For example in order to view this post in full and comment on it I had to log in and once I did that I was dropped off on the Interconnected home page instead of this post. Its tedious and annoying. I'm already logged into Intercom so why do I have to login and authorize? Authorize what exactly? Should be authorize once and your set.
