Hi Super Users. Today 5 April, I have not received a response to my chat request since April 1st😯 Repeated requests dated April 4 and 5 are also unanswered

Have you had such cases, or is this my exceptional case?

This has been a persistent issue with Intercom support, and one of the few areas they really stumble. I will say that in the last 6 months I have not seen multi-day wait periods on support convos, as was the case in the past.

Hey @alex l12​, looks like you were trying to get in touch with our accounts team and I can see that Edyta has been in touch. I totally get that a delay like this is frustrating! This was an exceptional circumstance as Edyta was at a work event with limited access to their inbox.

 

@user366​, I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced long waiting times previously. As you mentioned, we've done a lot to improve first response times within our Support team within the last six months, and I'm glad you're seeing the impact of that.
