I'm curious about internal tools you've used within Intercom, and also third party apps or integrations you've found useful.

Hi there!

For some years we follow up within the Intercom reports. They're pretty straight forward and bring proper feedback.

Depending on how the customer responded on a conversation rating we get back to the person and try to see what happened.
