Hi Super Users,

I was wondering if anyone here is using the Jira app with Intercom and can share some thoughts and experiences. We're a bit put off by the high cost for this integration, so we haven't tested it ourselves yet.

Our use case would be collecting product feedback via Intercom (in the Messenger) and then sending it straight into Jira for the Product teams to handle.

Hey there,

 

We're not using Jira but I am wondering if a Zap could work instead? I'm not sure of the cost of Zapier versus Intercom's integration fee but it's something to consider 😁

Hi Jana!

We have been using Automate.io in our company but they are closing it's service in October 😭 . So we are in the same situation as you... We heard about Zapier but as @user73​ said, the cost is not very low. We are considering switching to Pabbly Connect for it's cost but as far as I've seen, it doesn't seem to have a lot of options.

Thanks for your responses @user73​ and @roberto​! I should have mentioned in my initial post that we are currently using Zapier, as we already had an account for that. However, we were hoping to add some more functionality than just creating new tickets - similar to the Salesforce integration. I've not heard of Pabbly Connect before, I'll have a look at that, though!
