In the past year or so, we've released many AI-powered tools for your customers, your support agents, and support leaders. Our latest addition is Fin AI Copilot, your agents' personal assistant.  

 

Following the launch Fin AI Copilot, we’re hosting an event in Paris featuring product experts and customers to discuss what the future of customer support looks like, and introduce you to Fin AI Copilot.

  • A product demo introducing Fin AI Copilot, hosted by Olivia Singarella, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Intercom

  • Ed Leurebourg, CX Operations Manager at Deliverect, will share with you some of the results that Deliverect obtained with Fin AI Copilot, a few months into our beta program.
