I read already that through the Articles API you can export the complete Help Center Knowledge Base, but before someone suggests that, my request is for Intercom to make a button available to just plainly export the complete knowledge base, because we want to back it up in case something happens to Intercoms Up-time etc. (hopefully not at all :D). Currently our manual process is to copy paste the articles into Notion, but that process is so outdated and we want to something simpler.

+1 to this, Marco — while my use case is a bit different, I definitely feel the pain of not having a smoother way to work with Help Center content.

In my case, I often take client articles out of Intercom to run them through my custom GPT that reviews and refines the content. Then I copy and paste everything back in — which, as you can imagine, isn’t exactly the most efficient process.

It would be a huge help to have a more native way to export and reimport content — especially when collaboration, revision, and approvals need to happen outside Intercom (for now — hopefully that changes in the future too!). Notion tends to be my go-to for that kind of work, too.

Appreciate you bringing this up!
