I would like to:
Snooze conversation for 7 days and the close them automatically.
I made a macro saying "snooze for one week and add tag" but when I made an automation saying: if customer is unresponsive for 7 days if tag is XX then close the conversation. That last part does not work.
What am I doing wrong?
