My partner and I have been assigning conversations to each other, but neither of us can find where these go.
How can I find conversations assigned to me?
I see an "Unassigned" but nothing like "Assigned to Me". "Your Inbox" has unassigned messages too.
Hey Dash, if you're using the next-gen inbox you see the conversations assigned to you from "your inbox" - the "unassigned" you're seeing means that it's not assigned to a specific team. If you're not using teams yet then all the convos will be in the "Unassigned" teams inbox. Hope that helps.
