How can I see my teammates' closed conversations?

Is there any opportunity to see all previous chats of my teammates if they closed them?

Yep!

  1. When you're in inbox, scroll down to the very bottom of your conversations views and click "see more"
  2. Click on the teammate in question
  3. Change the view from "open" to "closed"
