iOS 17
react-native@0.72.6;
@intercom/intercom-react-native@5.3.1

The issue is:

  1. Open intercom conversation window and keep it open
  2. Then move app into background (not kill)
  3. Reopen mobile app in foreground
  4. Will see the header (back / close button) is gone in intercom chat window + previous messages are all gone as well

Hey @Leo Liu! I noticed you are running an outdated version of the React Native wrapper. The latest release was 6.3.0 last month, you’ll always find info on the latest release here 📌

Can I ask you to first update your version to make sure this isn't an issue our team has already addressed? Thanks!
