Backdate articles on Newsfeed

I’d love to know if we can backdate news items. We’re going to migrate a bunch of news articles over from Pendo. Will they all look like they shipped on the same day, or can we make it look like they came out when they came out?

I'm afraid at the moment, there isn't anyway to backdate your News items, so they will all be dated for the day you posted them. However, i will pass the feedback to our product as feature request! 😊

    I'm afraid at the moment, there isn't anyway to backdate your News items, so they will all be dated for the day you posted them. However, i will pass the feedback to our product as feature request! 😊

    @Racheal Hey! Has any further consideration been given to this? This would really drive adoption of the news feed on our team – at the moment, it is hard to consider expanding our use of it without this.

    @Alex Panagis There haven’t been any recent changes to this behavior. I don’t know of any current plans to add this functionality, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be available down the road. I just don’t see it on our roadmap at the moment.

    It would be SO helpful to have this feature!! We want to use News but not being able to backdate or change the order of the feed is a blocker.

    This is a big thing blocking us from adopting “News” too although increasingly also a bit concerned whether this and other “non AI” features are being developed/prioritized at all...

    Just bumping this. It would be very helpful and a real plus to start using the News function.
