Can I delete the "written by" option form the Articles section? Any alternative?

At the moment, Intercom does not support the ability to erase the author name. But I totally understand where you're coming from here and think you should have more control and flexibility in thisI would love to pass this along as a feature request for the product team. This is a great idea for the @Product Wishlist​ 

In the meantime, if you don't want you or your teammates to appear there, I'd recommend creating an admin like Hivebrite Support. Then update all your articles so that profile is the one that shows! 👍
