The knowledge editor needs to have an undo feature so if you make a mistake you can revert back to the previous version of the article.

Thanks Darja that’s good to know.However, an undo feature will allow you to revert back if you’ve made a mistake between saved article versions and that’s what I’m talking about.It’s a standard feature in MS Word, Notepad even. Generally available in most software packages.
