What are the supported video hosting websites to embed video on Articles?

Hi,It seems there is a limit on the URLs i can use to embed videos with. Looks you can only use Wistia, Brightcove, YouTube and couple of others.How do i go about adding another video urls that is not on your list? Does it require a whitelisting of the company used to run our video platform or is there some custom development that can be done to bypass this limitation to the product?

Hey @thorleift👋Thanks for reaching out!Larissa here from Intercom Support.At the moment, you can embed videosvia YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Loom, JWPlayer, Microsoft Stream, Brightcove, Synthesia, Synthesia or Guidde.I'm afraid it’s not possible to use videos from other platforms at the moment, but I’d be glad to send this as feature request to our Product Team.Is there aspecific platform that you would like to be added to this list?Please let us know😊

Hi Larissa,Thank you very much for the quick answer.I am looking to embed Videos from www.twentythree.comIts a widely used platform in Europe bysome of the leading companies here and it would be great if it could be added.Happy to talk to someone from tech if i can assist.
