We've noticed that Intercom is limited in some aspects that other platforms already have, or in some ways that could be added to Intercom:
- Increased speed of received audio within Intercom
- Contact sharing
- Supported attachment types
- Use of proactive Marketing category messages
Does anyone have any information on whether this is on the roadmap or if they've encountered a similar issue and how they resolved it?
