Hey! I've been reviewing Intercoms documentation. Would like to hear some use cases for tracking in intercom, inbox, articles & series. How did you set it up? Which google products etc did you use? We're not currently utilizing any tracking outside Intercom Reports and want to uplevel.

Hey Duderino! You can track events using Google tag Manager and Google Analytics. With the Google Analytics app, you can track Intercom Messenger’s impact on your visitor behaviour and conversions. Let me know if you have any questions.
Duderino, are you asking to have your site events, such as "Product Viewed" within Intercom?
