Is there a way to send a follow up email as a reply to a previous email in a series?

Example:

New lead enters the funnel > We send an email via Series > If no reply after 3 days > Send X email as reply to first email creating a thread > If no reply after 7 days > Send email as reply to the thread

Most email automation services (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, etc.) offer this but I’m struggling to pull this off with Intercom.

There is no specific way to do that with our Series - it will just be a separate email that’s sent out and not added to the thread. This would be a feature request for our product team 🚀 

I know it may seem self explanatory, but as it's great for the Product team to be able to see why introducing particular features is so important, I'd love to be able to share a little more on your use case with the team if you want to add some context here!
