I'm seeing the notification "Email can't be sent right now as your workspace is being reviewed", what's going on?

This notification means that your workspace's email sending is being reviewed to ensure that it is compliant with our email sending guidelines. While your workspace is being reviewed, you will be unable to send outbound emails.
