We’re having an issue with the Intercom Inbox, we’ve just integrated Instagram/Facebook messagers to come through via the native integration. The previous tool were inforbip, which help us collect messagers from Instagram/Facebook.
But it always show another app is controlling while we have already disconnected from the platform we used before. We have tried many times to reinstalling but still error. Does anyone meet this before? Please help.
