Are chat messages/Posts sent by email automatically or do you need to also create an email with that same information?

@michael g11 Depends, if a user starts a conversation via the chat, and you answer that message, Intercom will also send an email if the user hasn't read the message within 2 minutes.
If you're sending a chat message via the outbound option, Intercom will not automatically send an email, because they figure there's a reason why you chose that type of message.
