The new checklist feature seems pretty cool; and we look forward to using it with our customers. But we would like to make it interactive; we would like customers to be able to respond to a question or add comments. Is this possible..? How would we do this..?

You would like to be able to add the comment or question to a checklist item, right?


If that is the case, as far as I know, it's currently not available to add them if they aren't listed in the Actions droplist
