Hey @lisa b13 👋
The new Messenger introduces Spaces as a way to organise your Messenger's content in a way that makes it easy for your users to navigate. You can determine which Spaces are enabled in the Layout tab of your Messenger Settings, and you can restrict Spaces to be available only for Users or Leads.
The Home Space - this is typically the first screen your users will see. From here, they'll be able to start a conversation, and Interact with any apps that you add to this tab. This is also where your user will see your workspace's greeting, so make sure it's inviting!
The Messages Space - this is where your users can view and access their ongoing conversations. Users can also send a message from this Space.
The Help Space - this is your Help Center, but built in to the Messenger! Your users can search and view articles right in your Messenger without having to leave the page.
The News Space - this is where you can set up Newsfeeds for your users. Keep your users in the loop - and even notify them about new news Items - all within the Messenger.
All of the related settings will be managed within the relevant tab for each space in your Messenger Settings. Hope this helps 🙌
