I would like to add our privacy policy to the messenger for all of our clients to see. How that could be done the best way through Messenger? Am I able to add hyperlinks somehow to our team intro etc?

 

Any suggestions or ideas are more than welcome! 😀

The best way to reach your goal is to add the "Content Showcase" app into messenger. Here's the instruction on how you can do that:

Messenger Settings _ Platform Test _ IntercomIn this way, it's also possible to show text only to visitors (Users already accepted that terms during registration).

Hello Roy, how are you? I saw this and wanted to know if I can add one of my Conversation parameters as the link in this Content Showcase option. If not, is there another way to add a button with a dynamic link filled by one of my Conversation parameters?
