Hey @baptiste​! With Intercom we do have native surveys which you can insert in the bot path, the survey will open up in a different URL where users can fill in their data and also there are a few other third-party apps which you can use to collect information/feedback from the customers. Could you expand a bit more on your use case so I can suggest you better?
