There is no way currently to limit the number of conversations per month that a company can have on Intercom currently but I'd be happy to flag this as a feature request with the product team!

Of course!!
As a strategy to create different customer service levels, we are considering limit the number of conversations per month per company inside the basic plan... But still studying alternatives.
