 When a customer submits a Ticket form in a conversation within Messengers, instead of converting the original conversation into a Ticket, a new Ticket is created, and we also don't know which ticket the original conversation is associated with.

That is to say, contrary to what is stated in the product description, the information of submitted tickets cannot be seen in the sidebar of the original conversation.
