Why have push notifications on Intercom's iOS app stopped working?

The notifications on Intercoms Conversations iOS app aren't sending anymore - however Android is working fine.

Did you mean that Push notification stopped working on your iOS app?

No, the push notifications on Intercom's Conversations iOS app weren't coming through to our sales team. This had been happening for a few days, however this morning they're working again.

They still seem to be delayed

I don't see the option to manage notifications in the iOS app. Was that the bug @eric f11​?

Hey @user657​, to clarify - this initial thread was about Intercom push notifications not sending on iOS.


Managing notifications is different - it's expect that, for now, you can't do this from our mobile app.

We are also getting this issue, has this been resolved?

Settings for push notifications are gone both in the general iOS settings and inside the app.
