I have set up an Outbound email - in a plain template, the buttons aren't showing and I don't know how to fix it.

Hey @shauna o12👋🏼It's expected behaviour for buttons to not appear when using the "plain" email template. The plain template has no stylings so you see a non-styled email safe button (a link in a container), the other templates add styles to the button making them look more like buttons.Plain template 👆🏼Personal Template 👆🏼
