Can a user re-enter a path in a series if they match that criteria? I'm trying to send a message if users haven't been seen in over 6 months and I want that to be recurring.

Currently, Intercom doesn't support an infinity loop, so every user matches the block only once.
You can request infinity loop @Product Wishlist Group.
A workaround here will be to create a similar block 3-4 times.
