Hey folks, I have a SaaS product where we onboard customers personally via Zoom. I need to create an automation to chase leads who register but do not book an onboarding call. It would work like this: Customer submits a form to register some basic info including email addressCustomer is sent to call booking system (e.g. Calendly)If no call is booked within 24 hours then customer enters a drip email series to encourage them to book a callCustomer exits drip campaign if they book a call Anyone have any thoughts on how to set this up?

As long as you track all those events / the data, then it's absolutely possible to do that with Series and Bots.You can check out this article as a starting point for Series and this one for Bots. Basic steps could look like this:You create a lead based on the given infoSend the Calendly app via botLeads that have not booked a call enter the SeriesUse attribute "booked a call" or sth. similar as an exit rule
