We have a small business, Can we get push notifications when customers visit our websites?

As an addition to what @eric f11said, you should know that Intercom can track if it is a returning visitor or a first time visitor. I find this very useful for lead gen, to setup chat messages that have more direct CTA on 2nd and 3rd visit :)

Hey @user2201! While Intercom can't be used to notify you and your team of when visitors are on your site, you can use Intercom to proactively message any visitors who arrive at your site. Can you tell me some more about your use case here?
