Can we send class reminders via Intercom?

We have two types of users, students, and teachers. We want to send both of them a reminder email automatically before their class starts. How we track bookings (woocommerce.com) via intercom? Their app in intercom's app store isn't working, to be honest.https://woocommerce.com/
