We have two types of users, students, and teachers. We want to send both of them a reminder email automatically before their class starts. How we track bookings (woocommerce.com) via intercom? Their app in intercom's app store isn't working, to be honest.

The problem I have is the app isn't connected well with Intercom.

We use woo-Booking, so it's not a one-time class. Teachers set their schedules, and students pick the time they like, and they both get online on the booking time.
+5@user838 , If both apps have problems connecting Woocommerce, tried to contact customer support? Maybe there some problems on your side?
