I added emails to a series and I want to use Intercom email more for automated sign ups. Is there a way to sync emails sent from Intercom as tasks in Salesforce (like chats?) we really need this to utilize the series and email function more or else we have to keep sending them through our MAP.

If you want to create Tasks in Salesforce from your Outbound Email messages, your dev team will need to build that functionality out. We have Webhooks and a REST API to help make this a bit easier on you.
You may be able to also use a third party tool such as Zapier to create this connection between Intercom and SFDC without needing to code it out yourself!
