Custom template email headers and footers disappearing after saving

Its so weird. Im trying to create an email with headers and footers but upon saving, the header and footer just goes away

This is odd. I've just created an email with custom headers and a footer, however, I'm not experiencing this issue.

 

I would suggest try clearing your cookies and cache, if that does not work, you should contact Intercom through the messenger who can look at this from a technical standpoint.
