We've got 20 users who fit some particular criteria. We've created a new Serie for new users who meet the same criteria but haven't figured out how to add the original group of 20 to this Serie. Is this currently possible?

How about tagging these users for some new tag, then use the following tag as an entry rule in the Series.

Yeh, I did try but it's not working. The thing is, the first trigger is to send an email when 'New lead via signup'. But these leads are already in our contact list. I've removed this rule and tagged people but they still don't enter the Serie.
+5Could you add a screenshot of your filter? Maybe we can find a filter that is responsible for excluding the tags
This is the list that intercom said would enter the Series
ie. 'If you set this Series live, they would enter it, as well as new people that start to match your rules.'
+5I guess it's because of the "when to send" trigger. The users you tag retroactively probably won't trigger as new leads. But you should still be able to add them to the audience like Roy suggested.
