How can I easily write an email in different languages and send it to the right audience ?

I found with dynamic content how to change the text according to the right criteria (language) but I can't change the text on buttons, dynamic content seems to only be available for the subject of the email and the text blocs.

Is there another way than to duplicate the email, and have 2 different emails to send ?
