Hi everyone,

 

I just found out that product tours do not work on mobile browser. I'm trying to find a way to trigger a chat message specifically for those users. Any easy way to achieve that?

When you're creating an Outbound message, you can do this using Audience rules

 

Here, you can set it so that it only appear on mobile operating systems like so: 👇
