We want to send our welcome campaign from the account manager assigned. So far, I've duplicated the campaign and adjusted the sender, but it's tough to scale and manage with our growing number of account managers. Is there a better way? Maybe now that we migrate to Series? 🙏

@sara n, As I mentioned before, this feature is available for only certain plans of Intercom.You are right, the best workaround will be to create a separate rule for each manager.You can use one series for that:
