I want to manually remove a user from a Series/smart campaign, how do I do this?

The best way to manually remove a user from a Series or smart campaign is to use a tag.

For example, you could create a tag called exit_series, and specify in your Series/campaign exit rules that any users with this tag should exit.

Then, when you apply the tag to any user within the Series/smart campaign, they will match the exit criteria.
