I want to use a different template for my emails than the standard Intercom ones, how do I upload my own templates or create a new one?

You can upload custom HTML templates to Intercom - this guide will show you how.

 

To use custom templates in Intercom, you’ll need to be subscribed to Messages Pro/Premium, or be on a Grow, Accelerate or Scale plan.
