How do you measure satisfaction on feature level?

Hi there! I was wondering how you send surveys via Intercom when it's about measuring feature experience (measuring the satisfaction of a specific part within a software). ​That's what I would like to set up:​in-app: targeting on URL level one rating question plus an optional text field7-scale (e.g. stars, emojis)​It seems the easiest way with Intercom is to launch a post with emoji reaction. Trade-off: 1. Only a 5-scale 2. No possibility to include a text field after.​Is there a better way to do it?​
