How should I interpret Series results?

Question

I thought I understood how Series results would work before I launched one, but now that I have one going I don't quite comprehend the number of people at each different step. Here are the steps I'm confused about and a brief descriptionMessage with a few links that would go to product tours.A "when delivered" transition that goes to a rule of "has clicked a link...." that is set to try to match for 3 daysA "if not matched after 3 days" transition that goes to another message called "didn't click onboarding". I'm most confused about the people in step 2 that Intercom is saying "3 trying to match". Who are those people compared to the people in step 1? I've attached a screenshot of this part of the workflow to hopefully clarify.

Hello @matthew b11​&#128519; , Hope you are doing well, Let me help you with Series.Trying to match - This is a people who actually saw the post but don't click the link yet (They have 3 days to click this link). If during these days these people don't click on it - they will go to the next step.Let's say - &#128338;Pending People, That's why there said - "Trying to match".Hope this will be helpful, let me know if you have more question with Series.

So then the "20 received" in step 1 are people who have been delivered the message but haven't opened it?
