I want to automatically tag a user when they click a button in an outbound email.

Question

Is there a way to do this? For example, I'd like to send an email out to a certain segment of users prompting them to join our beta testing group.  There would be a button in that email that says "Join Beta". When they click that, I'd like that user to be automatically tagged in Intercom so I can create a People segment for them. I feel like there's probably a way to do this, but it isn't obvious to me right now. Any ideas?
