To put you in context, we have an app where we want to show an onboarding tour the first time the user enters, but this user could be type A or type B, so depending on which is the type of the user, we want to load the Tour A or Tour B. How could we handle this?

You can specify the audience for the tours with the same filters you can use for all the other outbound messages. So as long as you are tracking "Type A" and "Type B" in Intercom then there shouldn't be an issue
