We are adding a new product tour and want to show a custom Complete modal view (our app would be responsible for the code of the modals ) when the tour has been completed with some CTA buttons inside it. Is this possible?

We currently do not have an event for when a Product Tour is completed. The best way at the moment for you to action on a completed Product Tour would be to use a Series like so:
