Our company uses Intercom for Marketing, Sales, and Support. I am wanting to create some product tours for internal training purposes but don't want to risk going over a limit if there is one.

Hey @jessica w12Racheal from the Support Engineer team here 👋 No there is not a limit on the number of Product Tours you have live. The only "limit" to be aware of is that Product tours is priced based on “Guided users”. This is the number of unique users to whom you've sent a Product Tour in the past month. The add-on price includes 1,000 guided users.
