Is there a way to NOT share data between root domain and subdomain?

Question

Hey there, We have been using Intercom in two of our domains, the root domain, and also a subdomain website. We set up two proactive messages something like this,First proactive messageset Where to send as if current page URL is https://mydomain.com along with Visitor audienceSecond proactive messageset Where to send as if current page URL is https://sub.mydomain.com along with User audienceBut if a user visits our website with the following sequence,visit root domain https://mydomain.com, and a new conversation gets auto triggered (unread)	visit sub domain https://sub.mydomain.com and logged in as user, because there is one conversation is opened in step 1, and the data is shared, Intercom shows user that conversation again.I tried a lot of different settings such as using condition as NOT CONTAIN subdomain, it still doesn’t work. Because the conversation is already created in step 1. So now I feel this is probably can not be solved on the rule level. We’d need to split them, so the root domain and the subdomain don’t share sessions, cookies and maybe also data. Just want to check if there is a way we can achieve this? Thanks

Hi @Jialin Tian!I’m not sure that I’m 100% clear on what your goal is. Are you sending the same message in both of these and are seeing that your Users receive it twice (once when they go to the landing page as a Visitor and once when they log into your app)? If so, you should set it up as a single message that will display for Users and Visitors who are on eitherhttps://mydomain.comORhttps://sub.mydomain.com, like in the screenshot below.Feel free to clarify some more if your issue is different than what I mentioned above.
