Customers sometimes request transcripts of a conversation so they can refer back to it later or have documentation of the conversation. Currently it can be sent without images but often times the images are the most valuable piece of the interaction.

Hey @skylerRacheal from the Support Engineer team here 👋 When Conversations are exported it is in text form only, meaning Images/Gifs will not be included. But I totally understand where you're coming from here and I would love to pass this along as a feature request for the product team. This is also a great one for our @Product Wishlist!
