It is possible to prevent the closing of my product tour before it was completed?

Afraid there is no option to make it mandatory for users to complete the product tours, may I know your use case to better suggest any workaround?

So, the first time a client login in my app, he have to complete a form (for configuration and stuff like that) prior using the app.
I wanted to use the product tour to guide my client throught the form. Since the user can't use my app prior complete the form, i wanted to prevent i'm to quit the product tour before the configuration was done.
